1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (Malaysia): Nationwide delivery, including East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
  • International: Selected countries in Southeast Asia and worldwide.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

West Malaysia 2–4 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) 3–7 business days
International 7–14 business days (destination & customs dependent)

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Malaysia(Free Shipping Serve):Free Shipping for orders above RM 300
  • Malaysia shipping costs are mainly based on the quality of the packaging. If the quality of the goods exceeds the rules we set, please contact: info@modofo.net
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.(Logistics methods other than Malaysia are not available yet)

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track your parcel on the courier's website using the provided number.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on your country's regulations.
  • These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect, re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

8. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • We carefully pack each order. If your parcel arrives damaged, email at info@modofo.net within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Modofo is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery.
