1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic (Malaysia): Nationwide delivery, including East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
- International: Selected countries in Southeast Asia and worldwide.

4. Shipping Fees
- Malaysia:Free Shipping for orders above RM 129
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track your parcel on the courier's website using the provided number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
- Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on your country's regulations.
- These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect, re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
8. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
- We carefully pack each order. If your parcel arrives damaged, email modofo.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Modofo is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery.
