1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  • Malaysia: Orders are fulfilled from our Malaysia warehouse.
  • Indonesia: Orders are fulfilled from our Indonesia warehouse.
  • International: Selected countries in Southeast Asia and worldwide.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Track your parcel on the courier's website using the provided number.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect, re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

8. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • We carefully pack each order. If your parcel arrives damaged, email info@modofo.net within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • MODOFO is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Malaysia: COD is available in Peninsular Malaysia. Certain remote areas in East Malaysia may not be supported or may incur additional fees.
  • Indonesia: COD is available in Java and major cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta, etc.). Some inter-island or remote areas may not be supported.
  • Customers may select COD at checkout. Orders will only be processed after confirmation via phone call or SMS.or E-mail   
  • Please prepare the exact cash amount upon delivery. The courier will collect the payment before handing over the parcel.

Important Notes:

  • COD only supports cash; card payment and e-wallets are not accepted.
  • High-value orders (≥ RM300 or Rp1,000,000) may not be eligible for COD. Online payment is recommended for such orders.
  • A COD handling fee may apply in certain regions (approximately RM3–RM5 or Rp10,000–Rp20,000). The exact fee will be shown at checkout.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged during transit. Returned items must remain unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Process: Customers must contact MODOFO Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return, providing the order number and supporting photos.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via bank transfer or the original payment method.

3. No Exchange Policy

  • MODOFO does not provide any product exchange services.
  • If you wish to purchase a different model/color/capacity, please request a return and refund, then place a new order.

4. Customer Notice

  • Refusing or canceling a COD order without valid reason may affect your future eligibility to use COD.
  • Please check the parcel’s packaging upon delivery before signing to ensure it is in good condition.
