Modofo 3-Year Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Modofo. We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 3-year limited warranty on all Modofo tumblers.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if a product proves to be defective, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the product,
Replace it with the same or a comparable model, or
Provide store credit for future purchases.
What is Covered
Manufacturing defects (e.g., leaks caused by faulty seals, insulation failure).
Structural issues under normal usage conditions.
Defects in materials or workmanship that affect product performance.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, fading).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or modifications.
Improper care (e.g., using in dishwashers when not specified as dishwasher-safe, exposure to extreme heat/fire).
Lost or stolen products.

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please prepare the following:
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
Photos or videos showing the defect.
A brief description of the issue.

Additional Notes

Warranty is valid only for original purchasers and is non-transferable.
Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
