We want you to love your Modofo product. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at modofo.official@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item shipped).
